Luke Chappell Riverview Football

Every successful football team knows games are won and lost in the trenches. For the Riverview Rams, right tackle Luke Chappell has been one of the anchors up front, providing strength, consistency, and toughness along the offensive line. 

Chappell brings a physical edge to Riverview’s offense. At right tackle, he’s tasked with protecting the quarterback and creating running lanes, and he’s proven dependable at both. His strong hands and footwork make him tough to beat in pass protection, while his ability to drive defenders off the ball sets the tone for the Rams’ ground attack. 

Coach Mark Cristiani credits the group of seniors that are at Riverview this season, with the transformation of the Rams this season. "Luke’s one of those guys you can count on every snap," said Cristiani.  "He takes pride in doing the dirty work that doesn’t always get noticed, but without him, our offense doesn’t go." 

As the Rams push deeper into their district schedule, Chappell’s performance will be crucial. His ability to control the right side of the line not only gives his teammates confidence but also provides the foundation for Riverview’s offensive success.
